Thanks for reply BarcodeZer0 This is a new computer - actually 3 new computers (different brands) all pre-loaded with Windows 10 Tried taking the computers to a new loaction (to completely rule out problems with our internet connection), and still the same issue Regardless I believe you are correct - we need to dump Windows 10 So frustrated at this point
